उत्तराखंड में स्पोर्ट्स यूनिवर्सिटी की स्थापना की दिशा में सरकार ने महत्वपूर्ण पहल करते हुए कुलपति, कुल सचिव और वित्त नियंत्रक की नियुक्ति कर दी है। साथ ही खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्य ने बताया कि 29 अगस्त, राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस पर, विश्वविद्यालय का शिलान्यास किया जाएगा।

The Uttarakhand government has taken a significant step towards establishing the Sports University by appointing the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, and Finance Controller. Additionally, Sports Minister Rekha Arya announced that the university will be inaugurated on August 29, National Sports Day.
