चारधाम यात्रा के चलते यमुनोत्री में पशुपालन विभाग उत्तरकाशी की टीम निरंतर कार्यरत है एवं यात्रा में शामिल होने वाले घोड़े खच्चरों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण, बीमा, बीमार होने पर तुरंत चिकित्सा प्रदान करना आदि कार्य सकुशलता के साथ कर रही है। साथ ही जिला अधिकारी उत्तरकाशी महोदय के निर्देशानुसार पशु मालिकों को लाउडस्पीकर के माध्यम से जागरूक किया जा रहा है।
