राजकीय पशु चिकित्सालय हल्द्वानी ने इंदिरा नगर में इक्वाइन इनफ्लुएंजा जागरूकता शिविर आयोजित किया, जिसमें घोड़ा और खच्चर पालकों ने भाग लिया। शिविर में डॉ0 आर.के. पाठक ने पशुपालकों को इस बीमारी से होने वाली हानियों के बारे में बताया और समय-समय पर स्वास्थ्य जांच कराने की सलाह दी।
