Ambulance carrying patient broke down midway, minister stuck in traffic rushed to hospital

According to the information, the axle of 108 ambulance which was taking a patient from Almora to the hospital near Jhula bridge on Bhawali-Almora national highway broke in the middle of the road after a wheel hit a pothole. Due to the breakdown of the ambulance, a long queue of vehicles formed on the NH and there was a traffic jam for hours. MP Ajay Bhatt, who was stuck in the traffic jam, sent the patient to Haldwani in a private ambulance through the health department.
