राज्य के अल्मोड़ा जिले के ताड़ीखेत विकासखंड के जालली गांव निवासी रितिका पांडे फ्रांस के ऑक के गेर्स स्थित प्रशिक्षण संस्थान में बतौर वालंटियर प्रतिभाग करेंगी। सबसे खास बात तो यह है सितंबर से मार्च तक आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम के लिए फ्रांस सरकार द्वारा उन्हें वित्तीय सहायता भी प्रदान की जाएगी।
