पौड़ी गढ़वाल के थाना कोटद्वार क्षेत्र में मैले कपड़ों में युवक घूमता दिखने पर एएचटीयू ने उससे बात की तो पता चला कि वह आगरा से है। उसके पिता से बात कर पता चला कि वह नशा करने लगा था। उन्हें कोटद्वार बुलाकर युवक को नशा मुक्ति केंद्र में दाखिल कराया।

When a young man was seen roaming in dirty clothes in the Kotdwar police station area of Pauri Garhwal, the AHTU talked to him and came to know that he is from Agra. After talking to his father, it came to know that he had started taking drugs. Calling him to Kotdwar, the young man was admitted to the drug de-addiction center.
