चमोली जिले के विश्व प्रसिद्ध स्कीइंग स्थल औली में बुग्यालों पर जिप्सियों और घोड़े-खच्चरों की अनियंत्रित आवाजाही से स्कीइंग स्लोप्स और पर्यावरण को नुकसान हो रहा है। स्थानीय लोगों ने इस पर रोक लगाने की मांग की है। मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिलाधिकारी संदीप तिवारी ने अवैध गतिविधियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की बात कही है।
