अपर मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने सचिवालय स्थित मुख्यमंत्री अनुभागों का औचक निरीक्षण कर कार्यालयों की व्यवस्था, रिकॉर्ड मेंटनेस तथा स्वच्छता का जायजा लिया। अपर मुख्य सचिव ने मुख्यमंत्री अनुभागों के कार्यालयों को 15 फरवरी तक अपनी सभी व्यवस्थाओं को दुरूस्त करने के साथ ही रिकॉर्ड मेंटनेस, साफ-सफाई, पुराने एवं अनुपयोगी सामानों एवं फाइलों के ऑक्शन तथा बिडिंग के निर्देश दिए।

Additional Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi conducted a surprise inspection of the Chief Minister's Sections located at the Secretariat and took stock of the arrangement, record maintenance, and cleanliness of the offices. The ACS instructed the offices of the Chief Minister Sections to fix all their arrangements by 15th February along with record maintenance, cleanliness, auction, and bidding of old and unusable items and files.
