अपर मुख्य सचिव श्री आनंद बर्द्धन ने सचिवालय में कृषि, ग्रामीण विकास, पशुपालन, राज्य सम्पति, आपदा प्रबन्धन, न्याय, मत्स्य पालन, पंचायती राज, गन्ना विकास, राजस्व, कोषागार, ग्रामीण अभियंत्रण सेवा, वित्त समेत विभिन्न विभागों के पूंजी परिव्यय तथा पूँजीगत योजनाओं की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने सभी विभागों को पूँजीगत परिव्यय में वृद्धि के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि सभी विभाग सितम्बर माह तक 50 प्रतिशत व्यय के लक्ष्य को पूरा करें। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि पूँजीगत परिव्यय की नियमित समीक्षा की जाएगी।

Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Anand Bardhan reviewed the capital outlay and capital expenditure of various departments including Agriculture, Rural Development, Animal Husbandry, State Property, Disaster Management, Justice, Fisheries, Panchayati Raj, Sugarcane Development, Revenue, Treasury, Rural Engineering Service, Finance in the Secretariat. Instructing all the departments to increase the capital outlay, he said that all the departments should fulfill the target of 50 percent expenditure by the month of September.
