उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी प्रशासन आनंद स्वरूप ने राज्य के सभी 13 जनपदों के साथ शीत लहर की तैयारियों की समीक्षा की और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश भी दिए। उन्होंने रैन बसेरों की समुचित व्यवस्था करने तथा सभी महत्वपूर्ण स्थानों पर अलाव की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के भी निर्देश दिए।

Additional Chief Executive Officer (Administration) of Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority Anand Swaroop reviewed the preparations for the cold wave with all the 13 districts of the state and also gave necessary guidelines. He also gave instructions to make proper arrangements for bonfires at all important places.
