Action continues on motorcycles without silencer

During the Kanwar Yatra, action is going on continuously on motorcycles without silencers. Last day, 10 motor cycles and 01 scooty were seized by the police while checking at Chowki Mandawar under Haridwar area. All Shiva devotees were requested by the police not to remove the silencer of the motorcycle during the journey.
