सेना में नौकरी लगवाने का झांसा देकर बेरोजगारों से लाखों की ठगी करने वाले गिरोह के सरगना दस हजार इनामी अभियुक्त पंकज सिंह निवासी पिथौरागढ़ को उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस एसटीएफ ने देहरादून से गिरफ्तार किया है। गिरोह के तीन सदस्यों को पहले ही गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है।
