उत्तरकाशी पुलिस एवं वाइल्ड लाइफ क्राइम कंट्रोल व्यूरो दिल्ली की एक संयुक्त टीम द्वारा देहरादून-नौगांव राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर जरड़ाखड्ड के पास से 1 तस्कर को लैपर्ड की खाल की तस्करी करते हुये गिरफ्तार किया गया, जिसके कब्जे से 02 खालें बरामद हुयी हैं। पुलिस टीम को एसपी उत्तरकाशी द्वारा 5 हज़ार का पुरस्कार  दिया गया।

A joint team of Uttarkashi Police and Wildlife Crime Control Bureau, Delhi, arrested a smuggler while smuggling leopard skin near Jarrakhad on Dehradun-Naugaon National Highway, from whose possession 02 skins were recovered. The police team has been given a reward of Rs 5 thousand by SP Uttarkashi.
