जानकारी के अनुसार, जनपद टिहरी में केम्पटी फॉल के पास एक कार अनियंत्रित होकर गहरी खाई में गिर गई, जिससे कार में सवार एक पर्यटक युवक की जान चली गई। वहीं जनपद चमोली के नंदानगर क्षेत्र में देर रात एक टैक्सी खाई में गिर गई, जिसके बाद चालक को अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां चालक को मृत घोषित किया गया।
