A private hospital in the state has been fined more than 45 lakhs

The District Consumer Commission has imposed a fine of Rs 45 lakh 10 thousand 600 on a private hospital in Haridwar. Sandeep Kumar had filed a complaint with the Commission against Jai Maxwell Hospital and its manager. He got his wife ultrasound done at Maxwell Hospital, Dr told his wife to be 30 weeks 04 days pregnant, on getting tested elsewhere, his wife was 4 months pregnant.
