A meeting was held between the police and army officers under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Dr. S.S.Sandhu.

Under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Dr. S.S. Sandhu, a meeting was held between the high officials of the government, police, and army officers regarding the recruitments to be held in the state in the month of August and September under the Agneepath scheme in the secretariat. The Chief Secretary asked Major General N.S. Rajpurohit that the state government would provide all possible support to the army in the recruitment process.
