विद्युत उपभोक्ता शिकायत निवारण मंच ने माणा गांव में शिविर आयोजित किया, जहां ग्रामीणों ने शीतकाल में गांव के खाली रहने पर विद्युत बिलों की शिकायत की। मंच के सदस्यों ने यूपीसीएल अधिकारियों को 50 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी वाले विद्युत बिल और शीतकाल के दौरान सरचार्ज न लेने के निर्देश दिए।
