‘ड्रग फ्री देवभूमि’ अभियान के तहत पिथौरागढ़ पुलिस और एसएसबी टीम ने बॉर्डर एरिया में गश्त के दौरान बुलट सवार से 806 ग्राम अवैध चरस बरामद की और उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया। चरस की अनुमानित कीमत ₹1,62,000 है। तस्करी में इस्तेमाल मोटरसाइकिल भी जब्त की गई।
