63 Maoists surrender in Bastar Range, return to the mainstream

According to information, a total of 63 Maoists surrendered in Chhattisgarh’s Bastar range on January 9, 2026, of whom 36 were said to be wanted with rewards. The administration stated that the total reward amount on those who surrendered was ₹1.19 crore, and the group included 18 women and 45 men.
