47 goats died due to scorching in Chamoli district

47 goats were burnt alive in the flames in Beradhar village of Dewal development block of Chamoli district of the state. It is being told that Mahipal Singh, a goat farmer, woke up at 4 in the morning and lit a fire in the cowshed. After that he fell asleep and the fire gradually spread to the entire cowshed, due to which 47 goats present there died of burns.
