The 38th National Games in Uttarakhand began last evening with PM Modi's inspiring address and official announcement at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Dehradun. The PM congratulated Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami and his team for the wonderful event.
