जानकारी के अनुसार हादसा गरमपानी के पास झूला पुल पर हुआ है। यहां हल्द्वानी से अल्मोड़ा की तरफ जा रही एक कार तथा अल्मोड़ा से कैंची धाम जा रही एक बाइक की आमने सामने जोरदार भिड़तं हो गयी। भिड़तं इतनी जोरदार थी कि कार तथा बाइक के परखच्चे उड़ गए तथा बाइक चालक सड़क से नीचे की तरफ खेतो में जा गिरा। जिससे बाइक सवार युवक की मौत हो गई। जबकि दूसरा घायल हो गया है।

According to the information, the accident happened on the suspension bridge near Garampani. Here a car going from Haldwani to Almora and a bike going from Almora to Kainchi Dham had a face to face collision. The collision was so strong that the car and the bike were blown away and the bike driver fell down the road into the fields. Due to which the bike rider died. While the other is injured.
