रूड़की नगर निगम के 14 भाजपा पार्षदों ने सामूहिक इस्तीफा दे दिया है।  पार्षदों ने आरोप लगाया है कि उनके क्षेत्र में विकास कार्य नहीं कराए जा रहे हैं, जो प्रस्ताव उन्होंने बोर्ड बैठक में रखे थे। पार्षदों का आरोप है कि भाजपा का पार्षद बनने के बाद लगातार उनकी क्षेत्र की उपेक्षा होती रही और नगर निगम के अधिकारी भाजपा पार्षदों की उपेक्षा करते रहे।

14 BJP councilors of Roorkee Municipal Corporation have submitted their collective resignation. The councilors have alleged that development works are not being done in their area, the proposals which they had put in the board meeting. The councilors allege that after becoming the councilor of the BJP, their area was continuously neglected and the officials of the municipal corporation kept neglecting the BJP councillors.
