WAPCOS Limited, an “ISO 9001:2015” certified Mini Ratna-I Public Sector Enterprise, has released an official notification regarding the engagement of highly qualified and experienced experts on a fixed-term basis for the project “PMU at DSIIDC.” The notification outlines detailed terms, conditions, required qualifications, experience criteria, application procedure, and important deadlines. Available Positions and Qualifications

1. Project Manager

Hindi: प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर

  • Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM / Masters in Planning
  • Minimum Experience: 15+ years
  • Relevant Experience: Consultancy or transaction advisory assignments across industrial, large urban sector, or infrastructure projects.

2. Financial Expert

Hindi: वित्त विशेषज्ञ

  • Educational Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years
  • Relevant Experience: Feasibility and project structuring for real estate, industrial sector, social sector projects, or infrastructure.

3. PPP Expert

Hindi: पीपीपी विशेषज्ञ

  • Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM / M.Planning / M.Tech / Masters in Public Policy
  • Minimum Experience: 8+ years
  • Relevant Experience: Feasibility and project structuring for real estate, industrial sector, infrastructure projects, and facilitating at least one successful PPP model within the last 5 years.

4. Architect

Hindi: आर्किटेक्ट

  • Educational Qualification: B.Arch (9+ years) / M.Arch (6+ years)
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in design or planning of large infrastructure projects.

5. Real Estate Expert

Hindi: रियल एस्टेट विशेषज्ञ

  • Educational Qualification: MBA / B.Tech / B.Planning
  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years
  • Relevant Experience: Infrastructure, real estate, or industrial sector.

6. Legal Expert

Hindi: कानूनी विशेषज्ञ

  • Educational Qualification: Law Graduate
  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years
  • Relevant Experience: Preparing and reviewing contracts, research agreements, technology license documents, and providing legal advice.

Job Terms and Conditions

  • Candidates working in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel or submit NOC and vigilance clearance at the time of interview.
  • Salary is negotiable and will be finalized based on qualifications and experience during the interview.
  • Posts are purely temporary and fixed-term for the duration of the project.
  • Initial engagement period is 6 months, extendable based on project or client requirement.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
  • Posting location will be finalized during the interview; candidates may be posted anywhere in India or abroad based on work requirements.
  • Age and experience will be calculated as on 31 October 2025.

  • Self-certified educational and experience documents must be attached; without them, the application will be rejected.
  • Relevant experience will receive appropriate weightage.
  • Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for the interview.
