Application Process

1. One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory via https://otr.pariksha.nic.in.
2. After OTR, submit the online application at https://uppsc.up.nic.in.
3. Application Process involves 4 stages:
   • OTR Authentication
   • Filling personal and qualification details
   • Online Fee Payment (via Net Banking, Card, or SBI MOPS)
   • Final submission and download of the application form
4. Candidates must retain soft/hard copies of all application stages.
5. Documents are required only when asked by the Commission.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must attach High School Certificate for Date of Birth verification.
• Self-attested copies of marksheets, certificates & degrees are mandatory at later stages.
• Candidates pursuing the required qualification are not eligible.

Preferential Qualifications

• Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum of two years.
• Obtained a “B” certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC).

Age Limit

Reservation Details

• All 03 posts are unreserved.
• PwD benefits are applicable as per government identification and certification rules.
• Ex-Army personnel must be discharged before the last application date.

Selection Process

• A Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) will be conducted at various district centers in Uttar Pradesh.
• Candidates qualifying in the preliminary exam will be called for the Main (Written) Examination.
• Final selection will be based on:
  • Total marks obtained in the Main (Written) Examination
  • Additional marks as per Rule-15(4) under Uttar Pradesh Ayush Department Unani Nursing Services Rules-2021 (for preferential qualifications)
• Candidates up to 15 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the Main Exam.
• Medical examination will be conducted before final appointment.

Other Important Instructions

• Do not send hard copies of the application during the preliminary stage.
• Documents will be required only when asked by the Commission through a press release.
• No changes will be accepted after the last date of correction/modification.
• In case of any discrepancies or incomplete applications, the Commission has the right to cancel candidature without notice.
• Use only Black Ball Point Pen in OMR sheets. Use of any other pen/pencil is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of any rule or malpractice may lead to cancellation of candidature and debarment for up to 5 years.
• The Provisions of Uttar Pradesh Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, dated 06 August 2024, will be applicable.
• Candidates involved in concealment of information, or with multiple spouses alive, or involved in criminal cases may be rejected or debarred.
