Job Description and Duties

The Data Entry Operator will receive calls from the public and PCR, dispatch them to the nearest ambulances through the system installed in the CATS Control Room, follow up on calls, and monitor ambulances operated by private operators. The candidate will also handle any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Day Shift: 08:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs (6 hrs) and 14:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs (6 hrs)
• Night Shift: 20:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs (12 hrs)
• Total 24 duties per month (8 each of morning, evening, and night shifts)
