Employment Type and Contract Period

• Employment is purely contractual in nature.
• The engagement shall be valid up to 30 May 2026 from the date of joining.
• The selected candidate must sign a contractual agreement with TCIL and MHA.
• The contractual employee shall not claim any regular or permanent appointment in TCIL during or after the contract period.
• The contract may be terminated by either side by giving one month’s notice.

Salary and Remuneration

• Base Salary: ₹1,60,000 per month (consolidated)
• Pay Structure: Fixed monthly remuneration

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Telecommunication
• OR MCA
• Qualification must be with First Division or minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University or Institute

Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in malware analysis and reverse engineering domain
• Overall experience required for the post is 5 years
• Experience will be calculated from the date of acquiring the minimum essential qualification

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant certifications related to Malware Analysis or Cyber Security
• Experience in incident response including phishing campaign detection, malware attacks, and APTs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining a malware laboratory
• Malware analysis on mobile, Windows, and Linux platforms
• Creation of actionable technical reports
• Coordination with concerned government agencies

• Selection will be based on a Preliminary Skill Test
• TCIL and MHA reserve the right to modify the selection procedure
• TCIL may shortlist candidates and is not bound to call all eligible applicants

Leave, Benefits, and Entitlements

Working Hours and Conduct

• Working hours will be as per MHA norms
• Candidate may be required to work beyond regular hours without overtime payment

• No statutory, legal, or financial powers shall be exercised

Performance Evaluation and Termination

• Performance will be evaluated quarterly by TCIL/MHA
• Engagement may be terminated if assigned work is not accomplished
• Termination may occur if work quality is unsatisfactory
• Failure to meet milestones or lack of honesty and integrity may result in termination
