Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Age: 45 years (as on 31.03.2025)
• Maximum Age: 55 years (as on 31.03.2025)
• Educational Qualification: Graduation or any equivalent qualification
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of commissioned service in Army/Navy/Air Force at least to the rank of Captain or equivalent
  • OR an Officer of identical rank in Para Military Forces or in Police Department with 5 years’ experience
  • Knowledge in handling technological security gadgets

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision and control of Top Management
• Plan and maintain an effective security strategy
• Supervise Security Officers on all security-related matters
• Liaise with Police, Government authorities, Fire Brigade, etc.
• Collect intelligence data for internal and external security threats
• Formulate the bank's security policy in line with government and RBI guidelines
• Conduct branch, ATM, and office security audits and surprise checks
• Advise on escorting of cash, riot management, police searches, etc.
• Monitor Private Security Agency (PSA) staff
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and monitor footage
• Any other jobs assigned by competent authority
