Eligibility Criteria

1. VP Wealth (SRM)

Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university (Mandatory). MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) preferred. NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA certifications desirable.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in sales & marketing in Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms, or AMCs.
Skills: Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and client management skills.

2. AVP Wealth (RM)

Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory). Preference for post-graduation in Finance/Marketing/Banking. NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales/marketing in Banks, Wealth Management Firms, or AMCs, or 4 years as SBI CRE.
Skills: Excellent communication, financial advisory, and relationship management skills.

3. Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
Experience: Preference for candidates with financial documentation experience.
Skills: Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Reservation Details

Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD categories will be as per Government of India guidelines. EWS vacancies are tentative and subject to further government directives and legal outcomes. Relaxation in age limit will be provided as per applicable rules.

Selection Process

Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience.
Personal / Telephonic / Video Interview (100 marks).
