In addition, a scanned copy of the duly filled and signed proforma in PDF format must also be sent directly by the candidate via email to rvnl.deputation@rvnl.org as an advance copy.

The concerned controlling officer or Zonal Railways, etc., may forward the applications of only eligible candidates along with Vigilance/DAR clearance and last 5 years APAR grading to the email rvnl.deputation@rvnl.org within 15 days of the closing date.

Eligibility Criteria

• For Chief Project Manager: Level-14 (CDA) / IDA E-8 (₹1,20,000–2,80,000)
• Officers of Civil Engineering / IRSE / other PSUs holding substantively:
  1. Posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA), OR
  2. Posts in Level-13 (CDA) with 17 years’ service in Group ‘A’, OR
  3. Posts carrying grade IDA E-7 (₹1,00,000–2,60,000) for four years
• Preference will be given to candidates having five years of Metro experience
