Location Details

Remuneration & Employment Type

• Base Salary: ₹7,200 per month
• Employment Type: Contractual (Part-time)

Working Days & Hours

• Working Days: Any 2 working days per week (as decided by appointing authority)
• Working Hours: 2 hours per day

Period & Termination of Contract

• Initial Period: 2 years
• Extension: May be extended for further 2 years on retainer basis based on satisfactory performance
• Termination: 2 months’ notice from either side

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
2. Preference for Post-Graduate degree in Physiotherapy.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist in hospital or clinic.

Selection Process

• Applications will be scrutinized by the Bank.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview via email.
• Final selection based on interview performance.
• Engagement letter will be sent to selected candidate by email.
• If selected candidate refuses, waiting list candidates (as per interview marks) will be offered engagement.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop treatment plans.
• Provide advice and support to staff and family members.
• Assist staff in daily activities based on individual circumstances.
• Guide exercises for pain relief and monitor progress.
• Perform administrative tasks including record keeping, reporting, and calls.
• Conduct physical and psychological assessments.
• Evaluate work and home environments and advise adjustments.
• Suggest equipment suitable for staff’s daily use.
• Develop rehabilitation programs for regaining fine motor skills.
• Administer care per policies, laws, and physiotherapy standards.
• Maintain updated professional knowledge and competence.

Other Important Conditions

• Physiotherapist must arrange a substitute if absent more than 2 days.
• No entitlement to employee benefits such as leave, PF, gratuity, bonus, etc.
• Engagement is temporary with no claim for regular employment.
• Bank may alter remuneration, duty hours, and posting location.
• Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts where Zonal Office is located.
• Must bring own basic physiotherapy equipment.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Bank affairs.
• Serve honestly, faithfully, and uphold professional ethics.
• Not indulge in sexual harassment.
• Contract terminable if arrested or detained under law.
• Bank reserves right to raise eligibility standards.
