Base Salary & Remuneration

  • Consolidated Pay (First Two Years): ₹1,20,000 per month (Fixed)
  • Consolidated Pay (3rd & 4th Year): ₹1,30,000 per month (Fixed)
  • Accommodation: Provided if available. Charges for quarters, water, and electricity will be deducted as per rules. No HRA payable.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Financial Management, Accounting, Auditing, Cost and Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management, Taxation, Treasury Management, Tender Evaluation, and Vetting of Contracts. Candidates must be proficient in Tally and comfortable working in a computerized environment.
  • Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 45 years as on 01 July 2025.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on performance in the Personal Interview and fulfillment of required eligibility criteria. The decision of Ordnance Factory Ambarnath will be final and binding.

Original documents must be produced during the interview for verification. Ineligible or mismatched documents will result in disqualification.

Job Profile & Responsibilities

  • Manage all finance and accounts operations of Ordnance Factory Ambarnath.
  • Maintain books of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and Companies Act, 2013.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports, bank reconciliations, and classification of transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors (CAG, Statutory, Tax, and Internal).
  • Advise management on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with Ind-AS, taxation, and statutory financial requirements.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, asset capitalization, and audit coordination.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:15 PM
  • May be required to work on Sundays or holidays as per work exigencies (no extra compensation).

Leave & Benefits

  • Paid leave: 1.5 days per completed month of service (no accumulation beyond one year).
  • Maternity leave as per Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
  • ‘No work, no pay’ applies for excess leave.

Contract Terms

  • Engagement is purely temporary and contractual.
  • Either party may terminate with one month’s notice or salary in lieu.
  • No claim for permanent employment or absorption in the company.
  • Governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
  • Misconduct or false information may result in termination and legal action.
