The Young Professionals will be paid a consolidated remuneration fee of ₹56,000 per month (minus Professional Tax/TDS as applicable). They will not be entitled to any other allowance or facility in addition to the consolidated fee. The payment is subject to periodic completion of work certified by the controlling Officer.
The engagement is on contract basis. A Young Professional can progressively grow into the role of a Consultant in the fourth year of engagement.
