Eligibility Criteria

• MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management from an AICTE approved recognized University/Institution, with duration of not less than 2 years.
• OR Defense Officer with HR background of not less than 7 years.
• OR Degree in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management from an AICTE approved recognized University/Institution.

Experience

Candidates must have minimum 7 years of experience in executive cadre or managerial post in HR division.

Preference will be given to candidates working in a reputed organization or PSU.

Selection Process

Key Responsibilities

• Managing overall HR functions including recruitment, records, attendance, leave and service matters.
• Handling manpower planning, recruitment, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintaining employee relations and academy-related HR matters.
• Implementing HR policies, service rules, disciplinary procedures and compliance.
• Monitoring employee performance, appraisals and career development.
• Coordinating training, skill development and professional growth programs.
• Supporting senior management in strategic HR decisions.
• Maintaining statutory compliance, HR documentation and reporting.
