Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology OR
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration OR
Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Work Experience

EVP: Minimum 17 years of experience in BFSI/Insurance/Pension sector
VP: Minimum 11 years of experience in BFSI/Insurance/Pension sector
Experience in investments, treasury, fund management or related areas
Minimum 3 years of experience in AIF or senior leadership roles

Nationality

Candidate must be a citizen of India.
