Pay Scale / Remuneration

Regular Post – General Manager (Credit Monitoring)

Pay Scale: ₹1,56,500 – 4,340/4 – ₹1,73,860

Additional benefits include Bank accommodation or HRA, medical reimbursement, telephone/mobile expenses, conveyance allowance, residential furnishing, housing loan, vehicle loan, festival advance, leave travel concession (LTC), gratuity, leave encashment, and coverage under National Pension System (NPS) as per NHB rules.

Contractual Post – General Manager (Treasury)

• ₹4,00,000 per month with housing and vehicle facilities
• ₹5,00,000 per month if housing and vehicle facilities are not availed
• Contract duration: 3 years

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

• Citizen of India, or
• Subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
• Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01 January 1962, or
• Person of Indian Origin migrated from specified countries with intention to settle permanently

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules.

Educational Qualification & Experience

General Manager – Credit Monitoring

• Qualification: CA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM
• Minimum 20 years experience in Banks / AIFIs / NBFCs / HFCs
• Minimum 10 years experience in housing finance
• Must have headed credit function as Zonal or National Head
• OR holding Scale VI / Grade E post in Banks or AIFIs

General Manager – Treasury

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM
• Minimum 20 years experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Minimum 10 years experience in Money Market / G-Sec / Forex / Treasury Operations
• Senior management experience in regulatory bodies or financial institutions preferred

Reservation Details

• Reservation for SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / EWS as per Government of India rules
• PwBD reservation applicable as horizontal reservation
• EWS candidates must produce valid Income and Asset Certificate
• OBC Creamy Layer candidates treated as Unreserved
