Contract Duration & Terms

• Initial contract period is valid up to 31 March 2027.
• The first three months will be treated as a probation period.
• Contract may be extended based on performance and departmental requirements.
• Either party may terminate the contract by giving one month written notice.

Remuneration / Salary Details

• Monthly Salary Range: ₹60,000 to ₹1,20,000
• No entitlement to pension, subsidy, or additional compensation.
• Consultant is not exempt from income tax and must pay applicable taxes.
• Reimbursement of taxes is not permitted under existing rules.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

• M.Com
• MBA (Finance)
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• ICWA
• Degree must be from a recognized University or Institute.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounts data management.
• Experience in social sector and/or private sector is mandatory.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in accounting package development.
• System analysis and computer programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with data analytical and accounting tools.
• Working knowledge of Government PFMS Portal.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Age Limit

• Maximum age limit is 50 years.
• Age will be calculated as on the last date of application submission.
