Salary, Pay Scale and Benefits

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹23,100 per month
• Pay Scale: ₹20,700 – 1,200(3) – 24,300 – 1,440(4) – 30,060 – 1,920(6) – 41,580 – 2,080(2) – 45,740 – 2,370(3) – 52,850 – 2,850(1) – 55,700
• Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: ₹46,500

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Development Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen) from a recognized University.
• Development Assistant (Hindi): Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects with minimum 50% marks. Candidate must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa.
• Computer Knowledge: Knowledge of word processing on PC is mandatory.
