Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification	1st Class Graduate/Post-Graduate/PhD (55% min) in Agriculture and allied subjects or Postgraduate in Social Sciences (55% min) with 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum Experience	1–2 years in Watershed/Springshed Development and Climate Change Adaptation
Skills Required	Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and regional language

Remuneration

The remuneration for the Senior Level Consultant position will range between ₹61,000 to ₹70,000 per month depending on qualifications and experience. Additional facilities include:

Daily Allowance during Field Visits
Travel Allowance: Train (3rd AC) / Air (economy) / Taxi
Lodging and Halting Allowance as per city category
Local conveyance @ ₹18–₹20 per km (Taxi), ₹12–₹15 per km (Auto)
Mobile/Internet Reimbursement: ₹1000/month
Health Insurance and PF Contribution as per NABCONS policy
24 days of casual leave annually

Employment Type

Contractual appointment for 1 year, extendable based on performance and requirement.
