Educational Qualification

For all posts (Computer Operator, Computer Operator (Sambida), Society Manager):

Graduate from a government-recognized university with knowledge of Hindi and English typing.
Must have passed a one-year Computer Diploma from a recognized institution such as:
- University recognized by UGC
- Open University recognized by UGC
- DOEACC Level Exam
- Modern Office Management from Government Polytechnic College
- One-year COPA certificate from Government ITI
OR possess one of the following qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc. (IT/CS), B.Sc. (IT/CS), M.Tech./M.E.
- AICTE approved Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/Applications/IT
- B.Sc./B.Com with one Computer subject

All qualifications must be declared before 30 November 2025.

Pay Scale

As per the 7th Pay Commission, most posts fall under Level-4 (₹19,500 – ₹62,000). Certain DCCBs such as Bhind, Datia, and Gwalior follow 6th Pay Scale ₹5200–20200 + ₹1900 GP.
