General Conditions

Contractual positions for specific projects only; no claim for absorption in regular establishment.
Initial contract for 1 year; extendable based on performance and project requirement.
No additional allowances except fixed pay.
5% annual increment on fixed consolidated pay after each completed year.
Medical insurance of ₹3 lakhs (including Covid) with premium up to ₹4,000/- to be reimbursed.
One leave per calendar month; carry forward allowed; no leave encashment.
One weekly off and all project office public holidays applicable.
PF deduction and matching contribution as per EPF & MP Act 1952.
TA/DA admissible only during outstation duty.
Medical fitness (including no color blindness) is mandatory.
Selection through written exam and/or interview of shortlisted candidates.

Eligibility Criteria Notes

All qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC approved institutions.
OBC certificate should be for current financial year only and must mention non-creamy layer status.
Candidates from CGPA-based systems must provide conversion formula issued by institute.
Minimum 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale will be considered equal to 60% if no conversion formula provided.
