Responsibilities and Key Duties

1. Conduct market research and raise awareness of Inland Water Transport (IWT).
2. Identify investment opportunities and develop innovative business models for integrated logistics.
3. Conduct market analysis and client engagement.
4. Advocate pricing and policy reform and explore new markets.
5. Promote IWT awareness and execute pilot projects.
6. Collect, analyze, and report data for performance improvement.

General Terms and Conditions

• Engagement is purely on a contractual basis for providing high-quality services.
• Consultants cannot take any other assignment during their engagement period.
• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, 2nd Saturday off).
• Half-hour lunch break included during working hours.
• Full-time attendance is required; work may include holidays if necessary.

• Consultants must not disclose any confidential information related to IWAI or the project.
• Any unauthorized disclosure may result in termination and legal action under the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
• Consultants must avoid conflicts of interest and report any potential conflicts in advance.
