Eligibility Criteria

Research Associate

Ph.D. in Management, preferably in HRM / OB / Psychology, with minimum 2 years of research experience.
Excellent academic record with post-graduation from a reputed institute/university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks.

Research Assistant

Excellent academic record with post-graduation from a reputed institute/university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks.
Post-graduation should be in HRM / OB / Psychology or related subjects.

Desirable Qualifications

Research publication in a peer-reviewed ABDC / ABS-listed journal.
Expertise in quantitative methods with proficiency in SPSS and SmartPLS.
Knowledge of qualitative research methodologies.
Knowledge of NVivo and other data-analysis software will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting the faculty member in research and documentation.
Conducting literature reviews.
Conceptualizing, designing and conducting research projects.
Primary and secondary data collection and analysis.
Writing academic reports and research papers.
