Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must possess a Ph.D. in Management, Economics, Sociology, or any other relevant field.
Candidate must demonstrate strong research competence and subject expertise.
Candidate must have First Class performance in Postgraduation in Management or relevant subjects.
Postgraduation must be from a reputed institute or university in regular mode.
Candidate must have at least one research publication in a peer-reviewed national or international journal.

Desirable Qualifications

Minimum one year of relevant professional experience is desirable.
Preference will be given to candidates with research-oriented experience.
Experience in publishing high-quality research papers using quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies will be preferred.
Knowledge of econometrics, qualitative coding techniques, computer proficiency, relevant software, research aptitude, and good communication skills will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist Prof. Priyatam Anurag in research-related activities, including primary and secondary data collection, data analysis, academic report writing, literature review, empirical work, and preparation of research outputs.
