Educational Qualification & Experience

• Senior Consultant – UiWIN (Team Leader – ISU): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Planning along with a full-time MBA. More than 12 years of experience in Urban Infrastructure project development, implementation, and Municipal Project Financing.
• Senior Consultant – Capacity Building (Team Leader – ISU-CB): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Planning with full-time MBA. Candidates with Doctorate/PhD in relevant fields will be preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in training and capacity building related to Urban Infrastructure and Municipal Project Financing.
• Consultant – Project Management Expert: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Planning with more than 10 years of experience in Urban Infrastructure project development and implementation.
• Consultant – Urban Finance Expert: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with more than 10 years of experience in Municipal Project Financing, Capital Market access, bond issuance, and preparation of financial operating plans for Urban Local Bodies.
• Consultant – Asset Management & Monetization Expert: BE/BTech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with Master’s in Urban or Infrastructure Management / Public Policy / Urban Governance. Minimum 10 years of experience in Municipal Asset Management, valuation, and operation & maintenance of assets.
• Capacity Building Professional Posts: Relevant Bachelor’s / Master’s degree as specified with at least 10 years of experience in training and capacity building related to Urban Infrastructure, Finance, or Asset Management.

Important Dates

Application Process

1. Interested candidates must apply online through the HUDCO Careers Portal.
2. Only online applications in the prescribed format will be accepted. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be considered.
3. After online submission, candidates must take a printout of the application form.
4. Self-attested copies of all required documents must be sent by post.
5. The envelope must be superscribed as “Application for Consultant at HUDCO”.

Selection Process

• Applications will be scrutinized to verify eligibility, qualifications, and experience.
• Shortlisting will be based on nature and quality of professional experience.
• Final selection will be through Personal Interview only.
• Interview date and time will be communicated separately to shortlisted candidates.

Application Fee

General Terms & Conditions

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• Initial engagement will be for 06 months, extendable based on performance.
• Consultants are entitled to 12 days leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis.
• Working hours are from 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM, five days a week.
• Consultants must have their own laptop.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for interview, joining, or completion of assignment.
• The contract can be terminated by either side with one month’s notice.
• No claim for regular employment in HUDCO shall arise from this engagement.
• Court jurisdiction for any dispute shall be Delhi only.
