Remuneration / Base Salary

• For Ph.D. / NET / SLET qualified candidates: ₹650 per hour with a maximum of ₹30,000 per month
• For Master’s degree holders (without NET/SLET/Ph.D.): ₹550 per hour with a maximum of ₹25,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject/discipline.
• OR Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent in point scale system.
• NET/SLET is essential as per ICAR/UGC/CSIR or other Central/State Govt. agency norms.
• If Ph.D. / NET / SLET is not available → First class M.Sc. degree will be considered.
