Job Location

Candidates selected for the post of Associate Officer (Sales) shall be posted initially in Gujarat, Telangana, West Bengal, or Delhi NCR. The Bank reserves the right to redeploy selected candidates anywhere in India as per administrative requirements.

Base Salary

The cost to company (CTC) per annum would be:

• Minimum: ₹4.59 Lakh per annum
• Maximum: ₹6.19 Lakh per annum

Selected candidates will also be covered under the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and will be eligible for other benefits like gratuity, concessional loans, medical insurance coverage for self and dependents, etc.

Employment Type

Full-time employment with a probation period of 1 year.

2. Navigate to “Explore Opportunities” or “Join Our Team” and select Associate Officer (Sales).
3. Alternatively, apply through HTD partner portal at federalbank.manipalbfsi.com/federal-bank.
4. Enter your valid Email ID and Mobile Number, validate with OTP.
5. Fill in personal, academic, and other details accurately.
6. Upload your photograph and signature as per specifications.
7. Verify the details and proceed to payment.
8. Submit the application and check the confirmation email from HTD partner (info@u-next.com).

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE approved).
• Minimum 50% aggregate in Class X, Class XII/Diploma, and Graduation.
• Final results must be declared on or before 1st August 2025.
• Work experience in BFSI sector desirable.
• Valid Indian Driving License (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) required. Learner’s license not accepted.
• Preferably should have own vehicle for travel.
• Nationality: Only Indian citizens can apply.
• Domicile Restriction: Gujarat, Telangana, West Bengal, and Delhi NCR only.

Age Limit

Candidates must not exceed 27 years of age (born on or after 1st August 1998).

Reservation Details

Reservation details are not explicitly provided in the notification. However, Persons with Disabilities (PwD) can request for a scribe and compensatory time by emailing careers@federalbank.co.in on or before 8th September 2025. Bank reserves the right to review and sanction such requests.

Application Fees

The application fee is ₹350/- (plus GST @18% and transaction charges, if applicable). The fee is non-refundable.

• On successful payment, E-Receipt will be generated and emailed by HTD partner.
• Non-receipt of E-Receipt may indicate failed transaction.
• In case of payment failure but amount debited, refund will be processed by HTD partner.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of:

1. Centre Based Online Aptitude Test (50 marks, 45 minutes) with 5 sections:
   • Sales Aptitude – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
   • Logical Reasoning – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
   • Computer Awareness – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
   • English Proficiency – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
   • General Knowledge – 10 Questions (10 Marks)
2. Behavioral Assessment of 15 minutes (mandatory).
3. Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.

Each stage is elimination based. Marks and ratings will remain confidential and not disclosed.

Other Important Instructions

• Candidates should not have any criminal record.
• Onboarding is subject to medical fitness, satisfactory police verification, clean credit history (CIBIL/Experian), and reference checks.
• Bank reserves the right to modify selection process at its discretion.
• Requests for change in date, session, or center will not be entertained.
• Candidates have to bear travel expenses for attending tests/interviews.
• Any canvassing or political influence will result in disqualification.
