Employment Type

The recruitment is on a fixed tenure contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable up to four years including the initial term, depending on the project requirements and satisfactory performance of the candidate.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Marks relaxation: Aggregate percentage in primary qualification (60%) relaxed to 50% for SC / ST candidates where reserved posts are available.
  • Experience from academic institutions / colleges / internships / project work shall not be considered.
  • All qualifications must be from recognized Indian universities / institutions.

Age Limit and Relaxations

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): + 3 years
  • SC / ST: + 5 years
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) with minimum 40% disability: + 10 years (in addition to category relaxation)
  • Candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir (01/01/1980 – 31/12/1989): + 5 years

Reservation Details

Reservations and relaxations are applicable for EWS, OBC (NCL), SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen as per Presidential Directives. Relaxation of marks for SC / ST candidates is permissible wherever reserved posts exist.
