Honorarium / Salary Details

Daily Honorarium: ₹750 per day

Payment will be made according to legal services guidelines based on the work performed and actual assistance provided to people.

Honorarium will be payable for a maximum of 20 working days in a month, subject to submission of proof of legal services work through photographs or video evidence.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must be a permanent resident of District Champawat.
Minimum age of the applicant must be 25 years on the date of advertisement.
Minimum educational qualification required is High School pass.
The applicant must not hold any political post or be a member of any political party.
No criminal case should be pending against the applicant in any court, and the applicant must not have been convicted or punished by any court. Submission of a character certificate is mandatory.
The applicant should generally have basic knowledge of the English language.
Male, Female, and Transgender candidates are eligible to apply.
Preference will be given to former military personnel, members of the Van Gujjar community, and social workers fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions.
