Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time B.S. / B.Tech. / B.E. or equivalent degree.
• B.Sc. IT / Computer Science with post-graduation in a technical background may also be considered.
• MBA / M.Tech is preferable.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales or consulting.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals for Central and State Government projects is highly desirable.
• Startup environment exposure and policy-level innovation sprint execution experience will be an advantage.
• Preference will be given to native candidates of the applied region with fluency in the regional language.
• Formal qualification and experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the State & Government portfolio for BHASHINI.
• Develop relationships with state governments, central agencies, and stakeholders.
• Represent BHASHINI in meetings, forums, and events.
• Prepare and present technical proposals for government projects.
• Lead large-value IT solutions sales efforts.
• Manage hackathons, conferences, innovation challenges, and state-level initiatives.
• Execute policy-level project sprints and ensure timely milestone completion.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for government partners.
• Travel extensively for project implementation and stakeholder coordination.

Selection Process

1. Screening of applications based on qualification, age, academic record, and relevant experience.
2. Shortlisting of eligible candidates.
3. Selection interview for shortlisted candidates.

• The posts are temporary and project-based.
• Selected candidates will not have any claim for permanent appointment.
• DIBD-DIC may terminate appointments with one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
• Selected candidates may be considered for other similar vacant positions at DIBD-DIC.
